Quiet money

Sovereignty includes discretion. Simple, non-paranoid rules:

  • Don’t broadcast your holdings — online or at parties. ("How much do YOU have in your bank account?" is a weird question. Same here.)
  • Use unique passwords + an authenticator app on every financial account
  • Be skeptical of DMs about crypto — 100% of unsolicited ones are scams

Privacy isn’t hiding. It’s the same reason you have curtains.

Quick check: Why avoid telling the internet how much bitcoin you own?

  1. It’s illegal to discuss
  2. You become a target for hackers, scammers, and worse ✓
  3. It makes the price drop

Self-custody means you’re your own bank — so don’t advertise the vault. Humble and quiet beats loud and targeted.

Sovereignty is a practice

Zoom out. Across three pillars you built one thing — optionality:

  • An emergency fund = options in a crisis
  • Low time preference = options in the future
  • Sound money = savings no one can dilute
  • Self-custody = wealth no one can freeze
  • A calm mind = good decisions under pressure

Sovereignty isn’t a product you buy. It’s a practice you keep. And practices compound — you know that now.

Quick check: What is self-sovereignty, at its core?

  1. Owning the most money possible
  2. Needing permission from no one for your savings, decisions, and future ✓
  3. Moving to a bunker in the woods

It’s quiet self-reliance: your keys, your savings, your mind — yours. 🎉

You built the lifeboat

That’s all three pillars. Mindset. Money. Future.

You now understand compound interest, inflation, sound money, Bitcoin, and self-custody better than the vast majority of people alive.

Two asks:

  • Keep your streak. Review lessons; mastery loves repetition.
  • Bring one person with you. Everyone deserves a lifeboat — be the guide someone else needs.

"Waste no more time arguing what a good person should be. Be one." — Marcus Aurelius 🫡
